LDExx-20Bxx and LHExx-20Bxx series launched by Mornsun. The two series are upgraded with technology and process innovation and achieve improvement in performance, size and etc. Product design complies with IEC62368, UL62368 and EN62368 standards (pending).
i) Wide operating temperature range. LDE series provide -40℃ to 70℃ and LHE series -40℃ to 85℃.
ii) High isolation: 4000VAC. It effectively improves product reliability and protects the system safety.
iii) EMC: EMI performance meets CISPR32/EN55032 CLASS B.

Early in 2018, the new cost-effective AC/DC power supply module LDExx-20Bxx and LHExx-20Bxx single-output series were launched, after only half a year, the feedback from the market was quite good. This series of multi-output products (positive and negative dual output LHExx-20Axx, isolated dual output LHExx-20Dxx) was launched this month.
The product advantages are as follows:
1) Cost-effective, High Quality and Affordable.
Material normalization, production automation, higher product consistency and reliability, better performance and better price.
2) Better working temperature, higher isolation withstand voltage.
The operating temperature range is extended as -40°C to 70°C, and the high&low temperature section is less derated; the isolation voltage is increased to 4000VAC, which effectively improves the product reliability so as to protects the safety of the system.
3) High reliability and complete protection functions.
The Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) of this series is >300,000h, and it is with the functions of output short circuit, over current and over voltage protection. It can reduce the power failure rate of the power supply and greatly improve the safety performance of the power supply and its load when the module power supply is abnormal.

MORNSUN recently introduced 200W PV200-29Bxx series which has an input voltage of 300-1500VDC to further meet customer demand of Ultra-wide & Ultra-high Input Voltage in new energy system. They can be widely used in photovoltaic power generation, energy storage BMS, high voltage inverter and other industries.
The new series PV200-29Bxx has the following advantages :
1) Ultra-wide & ultra-high input voltage, high power, high efficiency
PV200-29Bxx series provides a wide input voltage range of 300-1500VDC, power up to 200W to meet higher demands for high-power power supply in ultra-wide and ultra-high input voltage application, and high efficiency up to 87%, low power consumption and more energy-saving.
2) Complete protection, high reliability
PV200-29Bxx series have input under-voltage protection to avoid frequent restart of system to maintain the system’s stability. Offering MTBF over 300,000h, they have reverse input voltage protection, output short circuit, over-current and over-voltage protection. These protections greatly reduce the probability of failure of the power supply itself while greatly enhance the safety performance of the module power supply and the load under abnormal working conditions.
3) UL1741、CSA-C22.2 No.107.1、EN62109 certified (pending)
PV200-29Bxx series meet UL1741、CSA-C22.2 No.107.1、EN62109 standards (pending) with a certified voltage of 1500VDC. The series offers isolation voltage up to 4000VAC and high reliability, to effectively protect the safety of the system.

MORNSUN recently launched a new SMD DC/DC converter module CF0505XT-1WR3, which is specifically designed for automotive applications. This new module CF0505XT-1WR3 meets the AEC-Q100 requirements which is upgraded in design and production technology based on earlier generation module CF0505XT-1WR2. From design, verification to production processes, CF0505XT-1WR3 module are completely in accordance with IATF16949 system requirements.
Moreover, this new module CF0505XT-1WR3 is compatible with MORNSUN previous one CF0505XT-1WR2 in package and size, and is an ideal solution for automotive applications with efficiency up to 82% and output continuous circuit protection (self-recovery).
Application – Battery Management System (BMS) for New energy vehicles
In this diagram, 6pcs CF0505XT-1WR3 modules are used to power 4 communication circuits, voltage and insulation detection circuit, current detection circuit, and achieve the insulation of power circuit, communication circuit and detection circuit to reduce the interference and improve the stability and reliability of the system.

MORNSUN recently launched a new Rail R3 DC/DC converters URF1D_LD-40WR3, as an extension of MORNSUN 6-20W rail R3 DC/DC converters.
This new series URF1D_LD-40WR3 provides a wide input voltage range of 40-160VDC required by input voltages of 72V, 96V, 110V in railway industry. Outputs and isolation voltage up to 3000VDC/1500VAC ensure them to meet the railway locomotive EN50155 standard requirements and EN62368 standard requirements. The converters also offer a wide operating temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃. Protections for input UVP, OSC, OCP, OVP and OTP are also included. Housed in 2*1 inch DIP package, this URF1D_LD-40WR3 series is available for packages with optional heat sink in PCB mount, chassis mount and DIN rail mount, which offers flexibility to the designer of the end-product and makes this series ideal for applications in railway monitoring, lighting equipment, information display and other railway vehicle-related equipment.
